Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds will not be provided once the order has been successfully delivered to your game account.
Refunds will only be issued if payment was received but the order could not be fulfilled, or the product is out of stock and you choose not to receive an alternative.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
